| Is it true that if you are using bright colours on your eyes, your eyebrows must be drawn on lightly? I was watching one of samantha's vids (product of the week), and she said because it's a bright colour, the eyebrows don't need to be so prominent.... | |

| I think the relationship between the eyebrows and eyes is the same as the eyes with the lips. You don't want too much going on in your face, but it all depends on the look and how talented you are to get away with it.
A bold, dark eye can look fabulous with a bold red lip (or even bold eyebrows), but not everyone can pull it off, so most people stay away from that route, sticking to one bold feature in the face and keeping everything else light and neutral. | |
