| Thank you both very much! If either of you have never tried mixing a pigment with water to create a really very strong look i highly suggest having a go! It's so fun to apply wet! Like paint... | |

| I use wet eyeshadows very often because I don't have any famous brand product, so eyeshadows don't usually have much pigment in and are not really bright. | |

| This is true. I'm going to start using eyeshadow wet as a base i think. It just creates much more coverage. | |
