| Okie dokie... My top 5 would have to be: 1) Marilyn Monroe - Sam got the make up spot on, if she had blonde hair she could be her twin! 2) Dita Von Teese - one word....stunning! 3) Sophia Loren - Such a sexy look. 4) Twiggy - Beautiful to look at. 5) Brigitte Bardot - i've always loved her look and wondered how she does her make up/hair. It's hard to choose as i do love them all really, they're so nice to just sit and watch....very calming. I slip into another dimension while watching them lol | |

| My top 5 tutorials are: 1. Marilyn Monroe - Gorgeous makeup, gorgeous hair, perfect all around 2. Edie Sedgwick - Reminds me of a Dior look that I've been waiting to see done. Very detailed and flawlessly executed. 3. Gothic makeup - It's very dark but feels very high fashion to me. I love it. 4. Clara Bow - Not practical for everyday, but I just love the '20s and 30's makeup. 5. Lily's makeup tutorial - Enough said. Those are just my favorite tutorials. My favorite video out of all is definitely her makeup collection *drools* | |

| 1. Lily's makeup tutorial - soooo sweet and cute and touching to watch. 2. BASICS: Using brights make-up tutorial - I love makeup people usually shy away from, this was very inspirering, which is why I love watching the tutorials I think. The girls are great to watch, you can see they're nice/compasionate/smart/strong etc etc but also they provide me with inspiration. 3. BASICS: Smokey eyes - this is a look I do myself a lot (I've done something like this for years I think), and people always ask me how I do it, now I can just give them the link to the video. Also I love the fun way in which Nic does the tutorial. 4. Hilary Duff make-up tutorial - I love this look 5. Keira Knightley premiere inspired makeup tutorial - Another look which I did myself for quite some time and I love watching someone else do something like it. I just love watching people do their makeup, I always have... And a video I also loved (but isn't a tutorial, so it doesn't count was the "The reason we never film together..." video. | |

| The Edie.
The Marilyn.
The Blondie.
The Clara.
The Gothic/The Keira (tie).
I really enjoy the 'darker' looks, sort of edgy and high fashion hence I tend to prefer Sam's tutorials, but Nic's tutorial on foundation and how to use it was brilliant, as was her Twiggy. Great socket line!
(Weird compliment?) | |
