Looking forward to seeing what guys get up to. The course sounds like it covers so many things it'll be great to see the highlights. I'd love to take it. Perhaps one day I can travel south of the border to do it.

I'm so nervous... I can't wait. I'll be arriving in London next Tuesday so you can imagine how nervous I am... haha. This will be an awesome trip: Harry Potter on Tuesday, Duran Duran on Saturday and Make up on Monday 20th yeah!!! Can´t wait.

I can understand the nerves hun. I would imagine everyone will be a little nervous at first but you will have such a great time and there will be so much to learn the nerves will pass before you know it. Sounds like you are going to have a great few weeks coming up.


I would love to know what mixture of people would be there. Experience wise that is. How many people are taking it to get into the make up industry, how many are doing it for the love of make up itself, etc.

The nerves will soon pass as there is so much to learn that after the first hour you will be totally focused.

There are a few people with no experience what so ever and quite a few that have already attended a class or course.

Experience doesn't really matter with this course as we usually teach from a slightly different, no rules angle, So everyone starts from scratch. By the end of day one we should all be roughly on the same page and Nic and I will know where strengths and weaknesses lie and where to focus for each individual.

Some people have natural ability and others hit it half way through day 3. By day 4 everyone should be killing it (we hope).

Thanks for that. It's great to know for the future. I would be worried in case I was so far behind everyone else. Wouldn't want to make a complete plum out of myself

I have always wanted to do something like this! Are there going to be any more 5 day intensives? Do you have to live in the UK to participate?

Are there any advancements on one happening in Manchester at all?

I'd love to go on the course but London is way too far for me to travel daily (no one to have little lad overnight as partner and parents work shifts)

i know you two arent doing workshops here anytime soon but could you suggest a program similar in the united states preferrably east coast?

I would love to do this course, I hope you'll be doing some later on next year, winter time maybe so I have time to save up. I watch your videos all the time and learn loads. I'm currently doing a fashion & photographic make up course at a local college but to be honest my tutor isn't very good at all so I don't feel I'm learning much so would love to be taught by you 2 amazing MUA's in the future!
